Okay, so I’ve been a ranting lunatic lately. I know, I know. In an effort to not seem like I’ve gone completely bonkers, I’m going to do a sweet post about furry things that I like.
I didn’t take any of these pics, I procured them from around the web (hope that’s okay!). But they were just so adorable and made me smile, so I thought I’d share them with you. All these little furry baby owlies remind me of the picture of the furry chicken I took and posted several months ago. You guys remember him? It was hard to even tell he was a chicken. I love him.

Yeah, teenagers I can handle. When I got my degree in secondary education, people asked me why not elementary? I said, “Because you can’t threaten and cuss at little kids. They cry and tell their parents.”

Oh my God. That is my new favorite word!!! LOVE IT!!! And yeah, I’d have called some of my students that back in the day. When I was a high school teacher, the kids responded to my mouth quite well and respected the fact that I just let it all hang out. Of course, were I a teacher now I’d be in prison for the shit I used to say.

My mum loves owls, she has lots of ornaments, a clock, a crystal, even stuffed owls that were deceased from people killing them on the road and my mum wanted to preserve their beauty. I can’t say that I would keep stuffed owls personally but hey ho! Each to their own.

You are very welcome! I have 5 or 6 owlie things in my house because they are just so adorable that they make me smile when I look at them.
I pretty much always enjoy your posts, but really – if the internet was nothing but photos of cute animals it would for sure be a better place. Of course I can’t show this to my younger daughter; she’d pass out from all the adorable.

absolutely love owls. Amicalola Falls State Park has a few owls that they bring out for demonstration from time to time. I’m heading up there the next time they bring them out.
