Be nervous, though. It’ll keep you on your toes. I’ve only been filmed once on location by the BBC, and I was truly nervous before hand. When the camera was rolling I couldn’t have cared less. Even the reporter was like, you’re a natural. Maybe it’s my surname!

Your idea about the dessert is a great idea. I’d like to bring a pie with me to Chicago for the taping, but I don’t know if they’d let me bring it on the plane. Hmmm…pie isn’t liquid. I can’t imagine it would be an issue. That way I can show them one of the yummiest pies ever but won’t have to actually make it on camera. AWESOME idea!! So happy you liked the cookbook. It was so much fun and taking the cover shot was a blast. Let me know when your next book is coming out. I just LOVED the first 3 and need MORE!! HUGS!!!
