My Sassy Relationship Books!

Yes, this is me whoring my own books.  But know that I’m only here to help. I figure it’s time to stop waiting around for things to get better and time to actually make them better. It’s too easy to just to go with the status quo. Why settle for less than what you want and need when life can be so much fuller and happier and brighter?

If you answer any of the below questions with a, “Yes,” then I’m guessing you’ll dig these books.

  1. Do you want more love (or nookie!) in your love life?
  2. Do you want a more fulfilling and romantic life with your honey?
  3. Do you just want to be happier?
  4. Is it time for a change?

But don’t listen to me! Listen to my readers. There are tons of 5 star reviews on Amazon.com. Here are a few of the reviews that truly warmed my heart.

Happy reader review on Intimacy: How to Get More of It:

“Your book was phenomenal. I loved it’s simple and loving style. It made me feel like you were giving me straight advice I really needed to hear. I learned about what I have done in my past relationships to sabotage them. What a relief to find the tools to create the relationship of my dreams. Having your book gave me the confidence to love my husband once again!” Thank to you.

Happy reader review on Sex: How to Get More of It:

“This is the sort of book the community is in desperate need of. No romanticizing, no sugar-coating– things are said plain and raw, following the very concept it preaches: Minimum amount of words, Maximum amount of information.

My first assumption was that I’d be drowning the slim volume in highlighter ink. Suffice to say, it was hard not to highlight all of it; it’s just filled with vital information. The text itself demands it be taken seriously. Small compliments all the time are WAY better than a trip to Hawaii, that’ definitely correct. For anyone interested in reclaiming your love life, I recommend that you buy this book, as I did.  Thank you so much Jodi.” –James

I’ve been blessed to have twice been on Playboy Sirius XM Radio with Tiffany Granath and had a great time contributing to an article in Men’s Health Magazine online, sharing with everyone all the dirt on how to have an amazing love life and happier relationship. You can check out my website: jodiambrose.com to see my upcoming radio shows (I’ll have my own in August!)

The two books I’ve written so far reveal the secrets on how to have a loving, joy-filled life in a down-to-earth, fun and witty way. (Wow, I feel like a schmuck touting my own books!) Sex: How to Get More of It is for the guys (though the ladies tell me they love it too!) and Intimacy: How to Get More of It is for the ladies.

Here is something I am really proud of. Just like everything else on earth, book sales ebb and flow, but here are my book stats for 2012.

  • Sex: How to Get More of It hit the top 0.3% of sales at Amazon (Holy moly! That freakin’ rocks!)
  • Intimacy: How to Get More of It soared to the top 0.25% of sales at Amazon (Double holy moly!)

    • Thank you so much! I hope you don’t mind, but I put a “thank you” to you on my book page. If you don’t want me to put your name there, I totally understand and will take it down. I just thought it was really nice of you to point that out to me. Gotta give credit where credit is due! I really appreciate it. :)

  3. I think your books sound like a lot more fun than mine :). Although kids and their families might think mine is kind of fun… if they’re interesting in learning how to eat better for good health, that is…

  4. Hi Jodi! Thanks for following my blog, I appreciate it!! Thanks for your book list. I’m not surprised your books are doing well. They touch on vital, meaningful areas of our life. I wonder why we struggle with it so much. I guess I should read your book!

    • Hi there, thebumbleflies! Thank YOU for dropping by and checking out the insanity of my blog. It’s great to meet you. And it was my pleasure following your blog too! Thank you for the sweet comments about my books. It’s wonderful being able to help people have happier lives, since it can be so hard to do so sometimes. If you get either book, I sincerely hope you enjoy it (them). Have a wonderful day!! :)

  5. Your books sound wicked-cool. I will keep an eye out for them. I’m a fiction and narrative nonfiction writer, although I’ve only published articles and poetry, haha. I have written six (as-yet unpublished, nobviously) novels though, hopefully will be publishing my 4th one some time in the next year or so, one way or another, even if I have to do it myself!

    • Hi TheRewildwest! Thank you so much for the sweetness! Congrats on all of your writing. That’s wonderful. I can only write non-fiction. If I had to come up with plots and characters out of my imagination…well, let’s just say it wouldn’t be pretty. :) Good luck to you!! I wish you GREAT success!

      • Excellent :) When would be good for you? It’s obviously just the one page. But I want it to be as punchy and uncontrollably intriguing as possible, obviously–and hopefully sui generis, it should stand out like a severed limb (no pun intended, as you’ll see when you read what Orange Rain is about, haha).

      • I’m looking forward to reading it! :) On your “comments” page it should show my email address. If not, let me know and I’ll get it to you. :) I can give it a set of eyeballs tomorrow or Tuesday. Sound good?

    • Hey there, DJ Gatsby! :) Thank you so much for dropping by. I’m so glad you like the crazy concept and books. They were so much fun to write and it’s great getting such positive feedback all the time. :) I’ll definitely check out your websites. :) Have a good one!
